How to add "value" when asking for something?

To help establish value, dimensionalize the benefits of belonging to your group.

Since you're hoping to get people to join a group relevant to their interests, that in itself is adding value. However, your script lacks personality and doesn't describe what your group offers that's better/different than the person's current meetup.

Something like this would be better:

Hi [Name],

I saw on [relevant site] that you're a part of [Blah Blah] Group. As a [industry-specific position] myself I've been to a few of their meetings, but noticed that they don't offer things like [cool opportunity] and [cool opportunity] to their members, so I made my own.

If you'd like to join us sometime, I'm sure you'd get a lot out of it. Just last month we had [important speaker] discuss [relevant topic] and a lot of members said they were able to improve their [skill related to topic] afterwards.
