    You're touting for reviews... of your own stuff? Don't know about anyone else but I take exception to people coming here and SELF-PROMOTING like this. I've never heard of you/never seen you here before.

    I may be wrong. But I don't think you can advertise your own stuff.
    EXCEPT maybe if you are a moderator. Otherwise I would advertise
    all my blog posts and great emails and interviews .. you get the point.

    Hey Everyone...wasn't promoting products or pitching services, was trying to get the word out about the show. Let people know if they enjoyed the 1st show would appreciate the 5 star reviews.

    Not trying to sell this show for money like suggested, it is a free show put on to help business owners online and offline. Shows coming up were ben settle launched today, doberman dan, jason leister, travis lee of 3dmail, john McIntyre and more.

    Again was just a link to a podcast that was an interview w the 1st show w/ ben settle.

      Hey Everyone...wasn't promoting products or pitching services, was trying to get the word out about the show.
      There are lots of free resources out there. If we let people do promotions for them all, how long do you think it would take before the discussion areas looked like classified ad boards?

    It usually does look like that. Just trying to share the value versus what a lot of people are trying to do in posts. Like said, usually just post value on here but today was sharing with warriors some value in the interview i did w ben settle. No hard feelings to anyone and have a good one.

      You're arguing from a flawed premise.

      The rules about not posting self-promotional material have nothing to do with the value those posts may or may not offer. That's not a consideration, in most instances. They have to do with flood prevention and the primary purpose of discussion areas, which is ... discussion.

      The fact that we delete something doesn't mean we believe it's somehow "bad." It means it doesn't belong where it was posted.
