Well,I just need an answer..its just an example..

On a side note, the sentence I used is from the most popular product on clickbank..not sure why everyones complaining..I think most people reading this already know where its from!

Following in the trend of the RichJerk "be nasty to get attention" model.
It's the old marketing trick of getting attention by shocking your audience.
Nothing new. Although most marketers who use this approach are
assuming a personality and are nothing like that in real life.

It's the same reason why people tune into to hear what Simon Cowell
would say to insult the next xFactor contestant.

In what way do you possibly think you can get in any trouble for using what you've got?

If every VSL that wasn't 100% original were taken offline you'd be lucky to find three still standing.

You're paraphrasing a quote from the Tao of Badass' Goldfish VSL which works in the context of that script... except your example sounds awkward and forced.

With that said, context matters, so without knowing more about your script/product, no one can tell you whether or not it will work.

As for swiping in general, you're better off NOT swiping sentences directly, even if you change a word or two.

Well I'm not concerned if would work or not right now, I won't take the sentence entirely, I'll try to change as much as I can...but taking the 'idea' or 'what they are saying' and putting them in a different form or saying it in a different way won't get me into any legal troubles right?

Thats the only thing I'm concerned as of now..

Well,which means I can take the meaning of some sentence from any sales letter,and reframe it completely(without changing the meaning) without getting into any trouble?

i like how someone said there would hardly be any sales letters if they were original...which means taking the meaning from a sentence ,or a part of the letter an reframing it ENTIRELY would be entirely and LEGALLY fine,right?
