Need title for youtube video for local client.

I want to try something new with a client and have a great promo video we had created for them. The idea being to upload the video and get it ranked up top for a couple search terms.

The main keyword is "roof repair [city]"

I'm at a loss...I have no idea what to name the video. And I am by no means a copywriter.

The keyword fits the video subject perfectly. So really any variations would work well. I just have no idea where to being. Was hoping some of you would chime in with ANY ideas you have.

The keyword has to be included in the title, I'm open to any and all ideas you guys may have.

      I really like the chicago one. Simple and a good call to action. Do you think adding "free estimates" is something to look into?

        I kinda like . . Rapid Roof Repair - Free Estimates. Sets you slightly apart from the norm with the inclusion of the word "rapid". It also adds an element of impetus to the reader.
