I wasn't as slick on the phone as I usually am... and my client called me on.

I thought it was funny that she already knew me well enough to know when my game was off.

Such a great lifestyle lol ,

I've read that copywriters can make a lot writing only a few hours a day, I thought that sounded too good to be true. But it's nice to hear that it really happens, and I'm looking forward to that day but for now I'm gunna keep studying and enjoying the experience

I've been a freelance copywriter for about 8 years. Most of my clients are in Australia (I'm in the US) so a typical day starts around 11am. Coffee, breakfast (for me anyway) at the computer while I check email, games, stare at ceiling... everything mentioned above. But then I work a few hours, make dinner (dinner for my husband, lunch for me) and have family time until they go to bed around 10pm. Then I work another 2-3 hours, depending on my work load.

I love the flexibility of my schedule - I can take a day off any time I want. I very much dislike the isolation and "cabin fever" I get from working in my office. I think my split shift adds to the problem actually (I always feel like work is waiting for me instead of being done for the day), and I'm looking into changing that.

Does that help answer your question?
