Hi all WF members
My current odesk profile have 5 stars(feedback) based on one review. I heard that got first hiring is need patience but here I find it very difficult to land on second job
any one help me what I do (cover letter, portfolio) :confused:

    Definitely work on your English skills.

    The most applicable advice I can give is to make sure you give lots of attention to each job you apply for. Don't sit there and apply to tons of positions and send over a generic letter. Instead, pick a few that really fit your skillset and spend some time writing up why that job is so appropriate for you. People will appreciate the attention you give their post
