start new threads on topics that have already been discussed
numerous times before.
The most recent of these was the long copy vs short copy thread.
See, the problem is that while you could be asking a particular question
for the first time, it's very much likely that the topic has already been
discussed many times before on the forum.
But when copywriters like myself point that out... or make a light humorous
post about it... we instantly get replies chiding us for being rude, mean,
heartless, and not willing to help, etc.
Please understand that we're willing to help and share all that
we know about copywriting and marketing.
But then, there's no point in discussing the same topic for 5 days in a
week by opening multiple threads with different titles... and then starting
another thread on it after a short gap just a few days later.
After all, even we copywriters can get tired and bored of answering
the same questions again and again. Spare some thought for us too.
So please make use of the forum search function and find out if there's
already a thread on the topic you're looking for.
The good thing for you is that if it's a frequently discussed topic, you'll
have hundreds of ready replies to view in a fraction of a second instead of
waiting for others to reply to your thread.
If there isn't any thread addressing your problem, then start one and we'd
be glad to reply.
