Hello my fellow warriors,

I just wanted to start of by saying thank you to everyone who takes time to look at this thread.

I have a YT channel with 14k subscribers and do a lot of workout videos.

I am thinking of releasing 4 ebooks.

Main training ebook which will train all body parts. $27
Chest Training Ebook $12
Arm Training Ebook $12
Ab Training Ebook $12

All the traffic will come from my YT videos

I am planning on setting my site up very similar to this.
E-books | Michael Kory Fitness

Does that seem like a good idea with a solid conversion rate based on your experiences?

Or should I send the audience directly to the main ebook like this page.
Complete Cookbook | Michael Kory Fitness

Thank you for your time I really appreciate it.

Maybe you can create a video like a teaser and drive them to a squeeze page (give them a free gift). The idea here is to get their email and promote your products via email. It is much easier because you can do it automatically without making content. Do you love to write or can outsource your content then make a website, but in my opinion its difficult to let them buy your product.

I agree with Benung, in this particular case making a video promoting your ebook e.g with a peek on some tips, is the best way to promote this product. Especially, when it's your main medium. You can consider adding a discount code somewhere in the video, for the ebook.

Preselling is always great, also you'll want to be able to grow your mailing list with a squeeze page. If you're not doing so. START collecting emails. Even if your main product does not sell well, you can still make money on other clickbank offers related to your niche.

Maks... good to see ya back in these here parts unknown...

You know as well as anyone that an idea doesn't necessarily equate to conversions.

With the right positioning, branding and copy... (not to mention design and traffic...)

    Could your ebook ideas convert?

    Sure, maybe. Why not?

Is there a built-in audience? Absolutely. One of the most competitive audiences to reach in marketing.

    So...

Until you bring us something to actually critique - with the thinking behind it, there's nothing to comment on here.

Move forward brother. If inspiration is pulling you in this direction, follow your gut and move some mountains.

If you want to sell fitness stuff, ebooks, workout plans, meal plans ect. you need to create an audience and an authority. That means continuously engaging with them through youtube ect. Just directing them to your ebooks one time is not going to do it. People need to connect with you and like you. I have fitness instagram pages with 50k followers but they are random pages and they don't convert that well in sales because its a random fan page but it sure gets a lot of likes and follows constantly. My point being: your YT page doesn't matter unless you have a good relationship with your audience and they trust you. Are you currently making any sales off your page?

Since you already have a fanbase, I would start there. Start talking about the project on youtube first. Announce the launch in your videos later. Throw in a contest. Create a buzz.Create a Squeeze page where they can opt in to get the latest greatest of what you're about to release. Create another opt in page is you choose to decide to do a contest. Email is by far the best way to communicate with them. If you keep them excited, or give away some tips in your emails you ARE NOT discussing in the video.....they will sign up. When you are ready to realease lead your potential buyers to a sales page and not directly to the book. Of course, since your fanbase is used to see you on video, I would use that in your sales page as well.
    Good luck!

I don't really like either as neither gives me enough reason to want to buy the product. Wonder why the author did not include more relevant product details on the page. Maybe that's something you could do different for your own, include good details about what you are selling.

  • I think people are more and more brainwashed and IQ's are going down year after year. Attention span is less and less! So I think the truth is you have less and less to get your message across. I know people disagree but I tested this and know it's true!
