Well I started online business and launched my e-commerce website 2 weeks ago and I am using Wordpress CMS for my site as I am familiar with it. I want some features like:

- Live Chat
- Invoice
- Tracking the shipment

Can anyone recommended good plugins?

Actually the Woo Commerce plugin is hard to beat, it is fully featured, handles shipping, payment processing with PayPal and other merchant systems, it attractively presents your products and out of the box is easy to manage. It is also Free.

Second for Woocommerce in Wordpress. In addition to its internal features it has a lot of integrations with other applications (helpdesk, chat etc).

I agree that it is WooCommerce. Some sources say that it powers 18% of all market share. All beacuse ease of use (can't agree that it is difficult to cope with WooCommerce), almost unlimited design opportunities and wide range of WP plugins to choose from to expand functionality.

I find all the plugins that I need on codecanyon.net

About the live chat plugin, I use Chat X on a few websites and I can say that it works very well. It costs $24/license (one license for every website).

Below you have the list of 75 best Woo Commerce Plugins (I am not affiliated), I think the Import/export from CSV files plugin + the bulk wholesale and the Discount plugins.

At least for me these are the most important but I am selling a lot of physical products.

You can't beat WooCommerce for a Wordpress ecommerce store. There are many extensions available for WooCommerce. It has a shipment tracking, shipping, product bundling, gift certificate, invoicing ... you name it. WooCommerce has it all.

    Hi Warrior friends,
I've been having trouble with finding a cache plugin that doesn't mess up my checkout page. I've tried W3 Total cache and QuickCache (now Zencache) and both of them, even after adding exclusions, deliver a cached version of the checkout page after several hours of cleaning cache... Has anyone come across this and / or maybe has a solution for this?
The site runs on WP 3.9.3 with 2.2.10 Woocommerce.

Configuring caching plugins | WooThemes Documentation

WooCommerce 2.1+ is fully compatible with WP-Rocket. No extra configuration is needed. The "My Account" pages are automatically detected and not cached. However you should exclude cart and checkout pages from caching. This can be done from the advanced option "Never cache the following pages" by adding the following values:

      /cart/
      /checkout/(.*)
