Simple just create seller at eBay. that would be cost reduction one. Else try to use E commerce CMS like Magento, OS COMMERCE, Prestashop. But You should spent some money for design, develop, and promotion

  • Are you trying to liquidate the products with no intention of ordering more? If that's the case, you may want to list them on a popular marketplace like Amazon or eBay. If they are brand new or opened but good condition manufactured items, I would suggest Amazon. EBay is better for vintage or collectibles.

If you are looking to open a store long term, there are a variety of good ecommerce sites you can try, like Shopify, Bigcommerce, Magento, 3dCart and ZenCart, just to name a few. Selecting one would depend on how comfortable you are with building an ecommerce site (some have templates you can chose from and are easy to customize), what kind of industry you're looking to attract, etc. Feel free to share more information with us and we can provide more specific suggestions.

    Good luck to you!

Most shopping carts are cost effective in one way or another. The key thing is defining what you need in a shopping cart. Most hosted carts start as little as $24.99 a month and it is about as hands off as you can get. Get the site set up and concentrate on marketing. Examples are:

    Shopify
    BigCommerce
    CoreCommerce
    3DCart
    Americommerce
    Fortune3

Or, for the cost of an SSL, inexpensive shared hosting, $75 for a theme and maybe a few add on modules, you could be running a store with Prestashop or Opencart.

Here is what I always tell people to do, and then see if your cart can do a majority of it.

    Number of Products
    Number of SKU's
    Number of options/Variants?
    Need to search by attributes?
    Category and sub-category structure
    Wholesale, wholesale/retail or retail only?
Need to track inventory by SKU?
    Discounting and coupon code engine?
    What type of shipping?
Where are you shipping? US Only, worldwide?
Dropshipping or taking inventory? Do you need multi-warehouse functionality?
How Technical are you? (i.e. do you want to deal with servers, upgrades, installations)
    Need to do subscription/recurring business?
What payment provider are you using? Does it integrate with your cart?
