Multi-Channel automated dropshipping plugin

I know there are existing plugins for 1 to 1 channel automation, e.g. Oberlo for Shopify to AliExpress.

I am looking for one that can do this:

AliExpress >> eBay + WordPress Blog Section + WooCommerce/Shopify + Facebook Page + Pinterest + Instagram

with real-time stock and re-pricing updates and most importantly, a trustworthy developer that won't run away overnight.

any advice?
