Licensing for products on Shopify?

Hello group,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a Shopify store that focuses on Marvel, DC Comics, Transformers and Funko toys/statues/collectible figures?

I have my tax ID and business license and also have distributors that I'm working with but I believe I will need a merchant license from each of these companies to be able to sell their products.

Does anyone know the process of obtaining licenses from these companies?

    Well, I'll tell you right off the bat that if you are sourcing your products from China (i.e. AliExpress), they are not licensed. You need to contact the actual brands and see who their authorized distributors are and purchase only from them; otherwise, your site is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
