What's a good F.A.Q. to feature on my site?

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about starting a dropshipping store with Shopify. I've read that it's really important to have a Frequently Asked Questions on my site to answer objections the customer may have (eg shipping times, refunds, etc).

Can you please list some important topics that should be covered in a FAQ for a dropshipping store?

    Seems like it would work better if you decide your niche and then research other ecommerce sites in the niche... a FAQ page is comprised of answers to 'frequently asked questions'. Look on Google, Amazon, Quora to find questions being asked about the niche/products you are working in.

    Difficult to say, all depends on your topic. And about the FAQ, it doesn't really help if you considered in a SEO view. It can be a big value for your customers. So, consider all the competitors of your topic, go to their website, and check if they have a FAQ (you can have some inspiration), or think what can be your own question about their website.

    And I agree with Kay King, have a look on Amazon can be a good source of inspiration

    Go through your customer support emails/messages/calls . These will give on an idea what your customers need. Added advantage of doing this is next time someone has a query, you can just direct them to your FAQ.

    I would do the same as Kay said, just include what others in your niche are answering
