Methods to get product data? Do spreadsheets of a popular company's products exist?

I've been trying to get product data for popular items like TVs, Laptops, Monitors etc. but it's so difficult that it's strange to me. Amazon of course doesnt want to be scraped and there doesnt seem to be a common way to create product pages to promote products.

Wouldnt you think companies such as Dell and Lenovo would have this available on their press page or something.

Any insights from the experienced?

    As for OP's question, yes there is data around (even Amazon data) but you'll need to get your research hat on and it also helps to have some coding skills (learnt or hired).
