As the title suggests I am looking for a good company to sell our software from at the moment have been using Avengate but the back end is just to busy

so what I need is an ecommerce solution that will let me imput the serial numbers so when the customer who buys will have it emailed to them

Are you looking for a system where you would enter in a list of serial numbers, and then the customer get's auto-emailed with one after they buy, or where you go through a list of purchasers, enter a serial number and they get emailed after that?

You can set up list of serials which will be emailed to your customers immediately after purchase at Regnow
There are many other options also such as call to your key generator script to get serial

There are a few plug ins for WooCommerce that will let you do that. Monthly subscriptions, lifetime once off payment, and integrate into the serial numbers and authentication codes as well.

I also think that bigcommerece has a few add ons that do it as well.
