People can't list their sites for sale here in the discussion forums. If you want to buy a website, I suggest you search Flippa for what you want. That's the largest buying/selling websites market available.

You should really specific in-depth what you really want. Until then, it's a risk to actually do website for you - as things may change and it will really waste your cost and time.

i think you need to sit down and make a plan, you are a bit too vague at the moment and a good bit of work has to go into what type of site you want and what you will be doing with the site needs to be done before you buy or purchase a site
