E-commerce site, based in UK, looking to set prices in USD - Help needed!

I'm looking to replace Clickbank with 1shoppingcart and authorize.net, but authorize.net is telling me that because I'm in the UK, and I have a UK bank account, I need set my prices in sterling - GBP.
The majority of my customers are in the US though, so I want to set my prices in dollars, which they won't let me do.
Does anyone know of any merchant accounts where I can be in the UK, and set my prices in dollars (while ideally only paying 2-3% per transaction)? I'm happy to be paid in dollars, but I only have a British bank account.
