I'm trying to open up a authorize.net gateway account, but I'm really confused about the pricing.

Most authorize.net resellers do not charge setup fees and they charge credit card discount rate(normally 2% transaction fee)

However, when i visit authorize.net myself, and their pricing details do not include credit card discount rate. Authorize.Net Pricing - Authorize.Net
Does that mean if I sign up my account directly at authorize.net, I do not need to pay the percentage transactions fees? Because all my transactions are above $200, if there are flat transaction fee of $0.10 instead of 2%. I can save lots of money in a long term. I don't care to pay the $99.00 start up fee.

Authorize.net is only a payment gateway. It is what connects your merchant account to your ecommerce store. Many merchant accounts either have a reduced rate or include it in their service when you sign up for them. If you just go to authorize.net, you are only going to get the charges for the gateway, and then you will still have charges for the merchant account.
