Plr software , Buy ecommerce script / licence to modify and resell

Hello all,

Does anybody know of an ecommerce script that I can buy, modify, then resell and I will own the IP of the script? Similar to PLR software where i will own the rights after I have have purchased it.

    I am the upgrading author to an existing ecommerce script. PLR Script is your all in one members ,content, products and website management software, the script is 3 scripts in 1. Membership Site Script, Oscommerce online store & wordpress. The upgrade I have updated to the ecommerce store script is that you can now let your affiliates sell your physical or digital products from it. Along with many updates to the Membership Site Script, like iphone & Android pop up for mobile home page icon install. You can see more at PLRScript.com, I have listed all the features and it is open source as you can modify it as you wish, however because the script is open source "GPL" you must keep it open source to allow your customers the same freedom to build their own script around it. But this does not mean FREE! You will have resell rights to resell .
