Does this affect my deliverability?

Hello,

Here is the case; I am sending my emails from cck@reply.cck.com. Some other company (completely different than us and is not owned or controlled by us) is using our promotions in their email. They are sending the emails to their own list however if a user clicks he/she comes to our website. Is there any chance that affects my deliverabilty in any ways? I could not think of a way.

    Are they using your domain in the body of the message or are they redirecting?

    If they are redirecting - No.

    If they are using your domain, then the downside would be if they got the domain on a blacklist. Then you would have issues.

    It will trigger the spam filters if this domain is blacklisted, or not configued correctly (DNS, Spoof...)
    Why don't you send an email to yourself to test it before sending large quantities

    If their are certain phrases that you use in the email that are very unlikely to appear in another type of email "#1 Solution to Freeze Bananas", that could be something that the filters start noticing.

    The best solution is to have all of the emails you send to be slightly different. That said, if someone is sending the same email you send, then you have it coming from two sources.

    This is a factor if sending many emails. If it is a small amount, less than 20k/week, I would not worry about it... right now.

    yes, it can , they blacklist the email/content. It can lower the chance of the email getting to your people. They look for similar content and high spam rate can blacklist the email content
