If you buy list then you have to deal with high bounce rate, spam rate, low CTR... as such, you will put your email account into trouble.

Best method is to build your own from scratch. Your subs at least know, they had subscribed and will be high responsive.

You can buy list(though not recommended), but you have to clean those list first, through list cleaning services, so that you carry on with good email and avoid spam traps.

Yes you can buy targeted email lists. There are plenty of data providers that can help you out - infoUSA, DatabaseUSA or ZoomInfo to name a few. Before you purchase a list, I would suggest requesting a sample to ensure you're receiving quality data. And you'll want to thoroughly clean your list before deployment. Some email sending platforms, like Clickback, have that type of service built into their platform. However, there are third party services such as BriteVerify that could also clean your list.

Growing your own email list is the long process.It will require more time and efforts. So it will be better to purchase email lists for now.

You can but it will be not cheap, you can just create your own campaigns and just start doing list building which would be way cheaper and list you will build will be responsive as well..

You CAN purchase a list. Whether you should is another matter entirely.

Think about it - if you get a random email from a stranger whose name you don't recognise about gambling, what would you do?

Most people will delete that email without giving a second glance. Or possibly even label it as spam.

On the other hand, if you get someone to opt-in for your emails...message them regularly with entertaining content related to their interests...and then soft-pitch relevant products...you can built an asset that pays again and again.
