Step 1 sign up to a service like ebookjunkie.com. There you can get all the PLR and Master Resell rights for ebooks in any niche you can think of. If there's a niche, there are free ebooks written on them for you to use.
Most of the time they give you a website ready to be uploaded with the ebook

Step 2 get 1 hosting account, and buy cheap domains at 0.99$ each to upload the website and ebook thank you page.

Step 3 go to affiliate networks like e-junkie.com, clickbank (allows you only 75% max) and many more. Offer 100% commission to affiliates and a dirt cheap price which anybody wouldn't think twice to spend. Something around $5 is good. That way affiliate have an incentive to promote it.

Let the affiliates build the list for you. You don't make money but you make 100s of sales a day. In 3-6 months you have 20k subs. Get a free aweber account for first month and start promoting.

If you treat your list well it should serve you long, and you can make avg 2-3k per blast.

Find as many active forums in your niche as you can manage - especially ones like this, that allow you to have a hyperlinked signature.

Have a free offer in your signature - like your daily tips.

Join in the discussions. Ask questions, answer questions, start new threads.

Monitor your results.

Also, build a niche specific Twitter following, and tweet your offers to them daily.

Build a content rich blog, with fresh content daily and you will receive organic traffic (even after all the Google algorithm updates it is still possible

)

Hi

The way it has worked for me from a standing start has been to use free and paid traffic.

We basically have two resources to market with - one is time and the other is money. Money is infinitely replaceable where as time is not. So it's always better to invest money than time if possible.

When I started out I had a ton of time and not much money - like most of us! So I had to look at free traffic methods. Luckily I also found a great mentor at the start who saved me a whole lot of mistakes.

I started out with a properly hosted blog and my own domain, and posted regularly to it with high value content in the niche I decided on.

I put a free offer on my blog - you could write an eBook on breath meditation and give it away to your blog subscribers.

I also promoted my posts on Twitter, and Facebook - Linkedin etc. People started to visit my blog and leave comments. Another great way to get people to engage with you is to ask for their opinions on various things and encourage them to reply on your comments page.

You also need an auto responder to capture the emails for your list. And email your growing list often - some people say at least once a day!. You can do this with your auto responder once you have it running.

Other ways of getting free traffic include blog-hopping - commenting on other peoples' posts and then they will comment on yours. Have your opt-in form right at the top of your sidebar so that people don't have to scroll down to find it - this alone will double your subscription rate. You can also use Facebook to get free traffic very easily - there are a few tricks and tips you will need to stop your posts being ignored or deleted.

Other ways are on Forums like this where you post great content on threads and people come and check your site because they are interested (hopefully lol)

To get some faster traffic you will need to pay - I would think that Facebook ads would work well for your niche - and engage in conversation with everyone you can. The best leads are the ones you talk to because they are starting to Know Like and Trust you. Design a nive Squeeze page leading back to your free offer, and send traffic to it via solo ads. Solos usually result in fast conversions, but you need to do your research to find good solo vendors...there are good ways to do this.

Remember this golden rule about traffic.

1000 visits to your meditation page from people who are interested in online gaming will earn you nothing. In other words - you have to target your traffic to your niche. General traffic will not convert.

Ask yourself how you can find people who are interested in meditation and health (here's a clue - health and meditation forums!!) Targeting your traffic is a whole other subject which I am learning more about every day. Good luck.

That's the best part you don't need a squeeze page.

Whenever a sell is done on your behalf, you get the full details of the user including, name, surname, email address, country etc.

You can then just export it to a csv (or Excel same thing).

Then when you're ready to start communicating with your audience, just sign up to an autoresponder. I don't suggest leaving a lot of time in between when you contact your subs, cause they will grow cold, and won't know why they're suddenly receiving emails out of the blue from some random person.

They'll probably hit the Spam button on you (which believe me would seriously hinder your efforts).

To give you a full rendition, I use a 3-pronged method.

This is 1 of my methods which works to this day.

There are 2 other methods I haven't mentioned here cause I know that few people use them as list builders, so I only share with my most loyal subs.

But for starters you'd be doing a great service to yourself if you started there. You don't have to invest a large amount to be able to start that way. As you build experience you will start testing stuff, and find what works.

  Hi
  There is a real art to sending your offer to the right targeted Solo Ad. If you just buy 1000 clicks and hope to get opt ins you may be disappointed. Just because somebody bought a product last month in the gaming niche doesnt mean they will opt in to your health product.
  
  You will need to track down and talk to the vendor first. Ask him how big his list is and where they come from. Tell him about your offer. If he asks you questions about it then he cares about what he sends to his list. If he offers you a slot immediately for your clicks then hes not busy...
  
  Read the testimonials and if you know any of them send an email to find out more.
  
  Sometimes a vendor who is very popular is not the best converting solo ad. His list may be tired. New vendors often produce better results.
  
  Also I would add dont pay much more than 45 cents a click.
  
  Finally ask to see the swipe he is going to use. You can write your own swipe and ask him or her to use that. And dont forget to track your clicks.

You made a great decision to build a list. That's what I did after years of failing. Focusing on just list building is a great strategy and long term approach. There are many methods to build your list free and paid. The obvious is that paid will build your list fast while all free methods take more time and is much slower. Good luck!

Hello dear, You are 100% right to your think, if you can build email list as your niche then you can get well result. But really it is very difficult and very easy. If you have technique and real way then you can build your targeted email list. Like forum post, Blog post, PPC, PPL and more way.

Remember to keep your squeeze pages nice and neat. Sometimes a simple squeeze page is better than one with a whole bunch of graphics, but it really depends on your niche. Test different squeeze pages to see which one's convert better.

I suggest you LeadPages, the best for conversion.
Another important thing is to get traffic: the fastest way is throught a Pay per click campaign.
So the best thing you cac do is to learn how create Adwords or Facebook ads campign spending only few cent/click!!

Of course integrate your site with social networks pages!!

Building a list around something you're passionate about is a great start.

What's your projected budget for this project, and which autoresponder / landing page software do you plan to use?

Next time you find a squeezepage you like, have a look at the source code or ask here what was used to create the page. Some services like leadpages have monthly fees, whilst others like landing page monkey are one off payments.

Best advice is to find someone who can teach you what is required, and knows how / where to get things done.

Here are some tips to grow your email list.
1. Create remarkable and quality email content.
2. Encourage your email subscribers to share and forward your emails by including social sharing buttons.
3. Add a link to your signature that leads people to a landing page where they can sign up for your mailing list.
4. Create a new lead gen offer like a free ebook or whitepaper and require visitors to provide their email address in order to download it.
5. Use your Facebook and Twitter page to promote an offer that requires an email address submission.
6. Run a promotion on a partner website or email newsletter that targets a new but appropriate audience to collect email addresses from a fresh source.

Few things your going to need:

-domain name
-hosting
-autoresponder
-free giveaway (e-book, video, software, or course)

Once you have those components then you'll need to create a squeeze page using the free giveaway
as an incentive in exchange for name and email or just email. I highly suggest just capturing email so that you will have higher traffic to lead conversion rate (aim for 30% or higher).

Traffic sources you can use to get subs. could be...
-solo ads
-banner ads
-ad swaps
-craigslist
-articles
-blogs
-classified ads
-social media
-forums/discussion boards
video
etc...

Paid advertising is the fastest way to grow but I suggest mixing paid and free advertising.

Focus on traffic source that are fast, scalable, and consistence.
track results using something like clickmagic which is a sit... just check it out

You can find info on each individually by using paces like google, youtube, and forums, ... there are a lot of courses on each subject so I suggest picking one traffic generation method listed above or of course one of your choice, focus on and master that before moving on. Its really important as you expand to diversify your traffic for long term stability.

A rule of thumb when it comes to making money from your list is working to earn at least $1 per month per subscriber, this could be more or less depending on niche but definitely possible with few of the niches you listed. Example subscriber base = 5,000 you should be making at $5,000 monthly income if you build your list correctly (opt-in permission based) and obviously to grow your income focus on growing your list with the traffic methods that work for you.

List of some resources:
For an autoresponder copmany something like aweber or getresponse will do the job, there are more out there you can use, but these companies are reputable and have been around for a while.

For domains and hosting something like hostgator or godaddy will work just fine.

You can buy plr ebooks to use as a giveaway or buy resell rights or software if you'd like. I've notice that pdf files, software, and video/courses work really well and you can outsource everything using sites like odesk, freelancer, or guru.

One last really great resource would be leadpages considering they are pretty much a one stop shop, you can create awesome squeeze pages quite easily and it integrates with most reputable autoresponder services.
