special problem

here is my question and i hope that someone could help me out:
i need a tool which allows me to send out links on autopilot and where the links are generated automatically for the receiving person so that i can track which or how many persons received this link by the person i sent the link before.
example: after optin the person should receive automatically an email containing a link. the link always leads to one website. but i want to know, how many people come to this website using the (special) link given to this sole person.
