Problem With List, What's The Solution?

Hey Guys,

I have a client who is on Rapid Mailer, He has 30,000 subscribers' emails, but doesn't know if they are in Germany or English speaking countries, as he markets to both languages.

He wants to send an email reminding people that they can become members on his site. He doesn't have any geographic location info about the list, only their names. He could segment using their names, ie German sounding names send emails in German etc.

Is their any way around this? How about sending two emails, one in German, and one in English?

Anyone know how to solve this?

Regards,

Jon

I would email the list and ask the subscribers where they are from. Also do better geo targeting for the new subscribers you get in the future.

How about sending one email to the whole list in both of these languages?

you can try to do survey... sent them a link and ask them to fill up a form let them fill up their details (location, language) ...then after that you can sort and filter all the data in it...

    OR

not sure about other autoresponders have this function or not, for GetResponse , you are able to view them in a list from certain location.

so in order to do that, you need a squeeze page, sent all their list to the squeezepage, then at the back-end of the getresponse, you will be able to view it.
