case study - adult shop

Hello, Warriors,

I need your help to solve this business case study. Let me present you an adult toys shop business which sells sexy dolls in a price range of 500$ to 2000$. Due to forum policy I cannot post a link, but yeah its like a regular adult sex toy shop which is specialising in full sized sex dolls.


Shop operates: 4month.
Bounce rate: 14%
Unique traffic/month - 1500
Marketing tool: owner pays for an email marketing expert - 500$
conversion rate: 0,007
p.s ownder does not have any SEO, google ads, fb ads, email lists, NOTHING.

So my question is what kind of an email marketing that dude is using which costs 500$ and has such a nice conversion, bounce rates???????

Is it solo ads?
bought email list?b
bulk email marketing?

What do you think guys?

    i think you can try out facebook advertising or advertise your products in buysellads.com...

    because i dont think there is a niche out there where the solo sellers has it...

    What are you trying to do? Find an email marketing expert for your own toy shop? Become an expert email marketer like this guy?

    Obviously this email marketing expert has some lists. Does it matter whether he bought the leads or generated the leads himslef? I don't think so.

    What probably made his list good is segmenting by interest and sending out relevant offers and content over a period of time.

    That's what I would guess at ... if you want a list like that ... figure out how to nurture, segment and target
