Recently i heard about clearing history of any address IP(s), are there any techniques or skills to clean history of the IP(s) mail server

    Cleaning a mailserver log is not a difficulty if you own the server (e.g. just do "> /var/log/mail.log" w/o quotes), but it's totally different than trying to remove (ie. or rather "request a removal") a blacklisted IP in the global blacklist services.
