Getresponse affiliate profit at Commission Junction

Getresponse normally does not accept at Commission Junction affiliate program because the affiliate profit $135 per sale.
If you have solid marketing track and if you can prove yourself then might be they approve your application.

However, I have a question regarding this specially who are affiliating getresponse through Commission Junction.

They have mentioned that "GetResponse Purchase Pro Account" purchase to get $135 per sale. After free trail if someone go with basic pro account like $15/month then will i eligible to get commission flat rate $135?
Or my customer/visitor must need to purchase a "Pro account" which starting price $45/month?

GetResponse have own affiliate program too. Their they offer 30% commission as recurring payment.

Thus i need to know real truth. Because most affiliate marketer will start with lowest price not $45/month.
This situation 30% recurring commission is much better than cj offer.

Please share your experience.

    Re: Commission Junction:     If a customer begins free trial and then upgrades, you would get credit for that sale ($135 per sale). The account does not need to be a pro account - it can be any of the paid accounts we offer.

    Re: In-house program: We offer a 33% reoccurring commission (monthly) for every qualified sale you refer, for the life of that account.
