I have found that running a large scale ministry website is very time consuming. One of the "tricks" I think I have learned is to develop a years worth of social media content and then just schedule it to loop every year. I hope this will free some of my time.

But with email campaigns I am not sure if that is the best way to go. These are people that will remember past emails and eventually get tired of the same content. So my question is how do you save time when it comes to creating emails?

You could create one month's worth of emails say 15 of them going out every alternate day and schedule it via an autoresponder. However, to really make good returns from your list, you need to keep your content fresh and know about the latest offers being promoted online. Remember every subscriber would get several promotional emails every day so you need to stand out else no one will read your emails.
