Sending personalized emails as per customer’s liking and with frequent loyalty rewards, will help you build stronger relationship every time you do it, encouraging them to stick with your brand for long.

If you're talking about adding the personal touch, for starters, are you including their name in the emails you're sending out?

You could also use segmentation to create emails that's more... in tune with a particular segment.

Your emails are worded that speaks directly to a particular segment, that wouldn't work with another segment. It makes it seem or personal, even though the message was sent to a group and not only a single person.

I just added an impressive signature to my email, so every time I send a message the receiver will see my name and my most active social accounts. I suggesgt you do some variation.

Unless you're sending out mass email message, always address your recipient with his name.

I suggest to put their names on every e-mail you send for a more personal touch.

And don't forget to add your signature.

    Good luck with your e-mails.

As for putting their names on the email - some say do it, some say don't. I can only say test both on a small subset of your list to see which works best for you.

For the message in the mail, make it totally natural and talk to them like you would a friend. The minute you begin to sound like a cold machine, it will be a big turn off and they will begin unsubbing in droves.

well, if all people on the list opted in for it, then use their name, and if possible even their company name (when applicable). If it's a bought list or similar you probably want to refrain from using their names.

Personalisation depends on the email service you're using. Its always better to personalize only names for better conversion.
