Separating Opt Ins

Hey guys, long story short I am new to the entire IM game but have a couple questions.

My idea is to create one main website, (which I have already bought domain/hosting) have multiple categories of topics and collect emails. I have been setting up separate Facebook pages for each topic (i.e. Fitness, Travel, Tech ... so on and so on). Now I will be posting my content to these Facebook pages matching the specific category and sending the traffic back to my main site. I would like to collect emails but I am wondering, Is there a way for a reader to Opt in to a specific category so when I send out content it only sends the type of content in which the reader is interested in.

I'm sure many of you understand but example would be ... Sign up for email I would like to receive content including Fitness, Tech, Pets but not Travel, Daily Videos etc...

I have tried to research if this is possible but I haven't been able to find anything specifically addressing this question..

    Not sure what you are trying to achieve

    You could create a form that has check boxes for each type of list to subscribe to,
    [ ]Fitness [ ]Tech [ ]Pets [ ]Travel [ ]Daily Videos, etc...

    Have s custom submit script created that connects you your autoresponder's API and subscribes the user to each list that they checked off.

    OR

    When you send the user to you site, you send them to a specific page regarding the content they are interested in yourdomain.com/fitness and then on that page, you have a form that only subscribes them to a list that is specific to the content....fitness
