Hello guys,

I bought emails server with 243ips. After just 15 days,I got complaint,I suffered big loss.Could you share your ideas with me how to avoid complaint?

    If you are sending to a opt-in list here are a few tips to keep complaints down.

    1. Send them what they expect to receive.
    2. Don't hard sell them all the time.
    3. Format your emails so they recognize that they are from you.
    4. Leave cliff hangers in previous emails so they want to keep an eye out for your next email.

    If you are sending to purchased data lists, DIABLO would be the best one to give you tips.
