How to track emails?

I´ve looked at hubspot and yesware and a couple more..but they seem only to be compatible with gmail?

Right now I have my company mail on www.one.com (myname@company.com)..I´ve tried to make that adress work from gmail, but I cant seem to set it up on my Mac.

Does yes ware and hubspot work with all emails, or do I have to somehow be able to use gmail? I´m really new to this..hope it´s understandable!

    Maybe it is set up in a way that it can only track Google mails. Have you tried this website: https://mailtrack.io/ ?

      I´m able to set my mail account up with gmail, and mailtrack worked like a charm. Very easy! Thank you so much!

    I use Yet Another Mail Merge and that works great for tracking clicks, opens and etc many more thing. I think That app is the best for free.

    you can also try to use Streak

    if you are only using gmail, you can try mailmerge, they have a builtin email tracker.

    You could set up an account with https://gsuite.google.com

    Then you will be able to use yourdomain.com with a gmail account and you should be able to use the third party programs that let you track your mail using gmail. If the service is available for gmail, they should have an option for gsuite.
