How can I promote CPA campaigns and sending more than 1 million emails a day

Hello Guys, Please I need your help, I have a huge Email List almost 200 million all with names and categories and country
and I want to start promoting some CPA offers and sending them 1 million Email per day at least, even to spam folder
Please Help I know that I have a treasure and its almost a week now and I still don't have an idea what should I do

    200 million on your email list? Aiming to send 1 million emails a day, even to spam?

    If you think you have a treasure, then go for it but you'll end up losing if you continue to spam people, especially with such a large volume.
    If you're serious about making money, you need to take time and do it the right way. You only need to spam the wrong boxes a few times to end up in big trouble and then all your "hard work" has gone down the toilet.

    I found a guy who have billions of Email lists for all countries, all categories and all ISPs, Bought 10m for a veeery cheap price, and started sending CPA offers to this Emails with a link to subscribe at the bottom of the Email
    and now I have almost 40K targeted subscribers for 2 months of sending Emails PLUS I got more than the money I bought data with from The CPA offers I sent them at the beginning
    You posted the above 3 days ago....

    And now you have 200 million and you don't know WHAT to do with them?

    In other threads you are offering advice about email lists....but then, you don't live in California, either.
