Can I select "From email" address from a field in a contact record?

I'm searching for an email marketing system to use for our company. I want to create campaigns based on my customer segmentation. We have multiple salespeople and I don't want to create a campaign for each segment and sales person (i.e. "great customer campaign" instead of "great customer campaign - bob", 'great customer campaign - sue", etc.)
I'd like the email to look like it comes from the salesperson, not a generic email address like "company@company.com"

Is this possible?
Is this the correct way to handle this?
If so, what email marketing systems support this?

      Thank you for replying kuchenchef.

      We have about 8,000 contacts total. No campaign is larger than 2,000 customers. I don't know what the $ range is for a system with this capability but I'm less concerned about the budget than having the capability.
