sending messages direct to the recipients mail box

can someone tell me how i can send bulk messages direct to the recipients mail box , NO attachments , they get the message in their mail box click it and they get my message .
i receive many such messages myself , there was one there this morning from ashampoo ( they have quite good security etc programs ) thanks , donar

    First you need to build a list. After building a list with any autoresponder service ,you could send email and everbody will get your email who is in your list. If you received an email from unknow person, it means you got spam email.

    Spams are then people sending emails to address which is not on their lists and its not legal.

      In fact it depend of the country but spamm is legal if you by example find your email address on a commercial website.. what is illegal is spamming private individual without their consents..

      For the ops, you need a setup to do that, no need for a real autoresponder more like lemlist and other tools i used that make the job easy (you need a place to buy the email address and another one to verify them too)..

    Email them through BCC. Make sure their separated by commas.

    You may not be able to address each one by their name but you can say something like "Attention Marketers" or "Hi Business Owner"

    There's no exact way you can, unless they have subscribed to your mailing list. Most mailboxes will automatically treat your email as spam.

    If your mail is going into the spam folders instead of the inbox, you need to look at the following...

    1) Back-end setup: spf, dkim, rdns, etc...
    2) IP / domain reputation: any domain / IP that is associated with the mailing. Also test username.
    3) Content: everything in the message body / mailing address, subject line, plus your template.

    You need to test everything step-by-step and isolate the problem and fix it.

    You ideally want to know the domain makeup of your list(s) and create seed accounts for the domains with the highest percentage of users. Then use the seeds to test your inbox placement before sending your message.

    For many, AOL, Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and parent domains using the same MX, can make up as much as 85-90% of their list. So at the very least, you should start with them and any other seed accounts you can set up or acquire.
