[AWEBER] Single sign up form, different ad tracking, Any way?

As mentioned, I would like to use single sign up form and squeeze page instead of creating different squeeze page and sign up form for different ads swap partner, but still manage to track different ad tracking in the aweber opt in.
Anyone know how can we do that? or how normally you all do?
