How often you resend confirmation emails to unconfirmed contacts?

I just want to know the way you deal with unconfirmed contacts. Do you keep resending confirmation emails to them often? I am of the opinion that such contacts are very unlikely to respond to resent emails.

I normally send them one extra message with a different copy, if they don't respond I delete them because I haven't have relevant results by sending them more in the past...Maybe there's a way, but this is what I'm currently doing.

Years ago there were MLM's that only allowed 3 'confirmation emails' to be sent out. I think that's overkill.

The only way to make a decision is for you send out a second confirmation email and then track it to see if there are enough responses to make it worth it.

Free offers is a good idea, but even then subscribers who join after seeing free offers in the confirmation link often tend to be inactive.

Most subscribers tend to be inactive, no matter how they've signed up. This is a separate issue to the one you started the thread about.

Yes, such contacts might even unsubscribe

  • We tend to send a follow up 24 hours after, then wait a few days. We then do a gary vee, so value, value, value, right hook.
Where as we send them a value email to a YT video or blog post, something that will help them. But arent selling anything.

Then every 3/4 email we'll hit them with an offer. But we normally just do a 3 strike rule, if no reply confirmation etc we just manually remove them from our own databased in order to keep it up to date
