Does this "Enter URL" work please?

Hey guys, I just received this email below, can anyone tell me if this works please?

An EnterURL Submission Blast gives you:
  • Your website, its description, keywords, and other important information about your business submitted to over 500,000 top search engines, speciality sites and directories.
  • The more often we submit your website, the better your ranking will be - because we add thousands of new sites every month.

    How much does it cost?

    I've seen a thread on here about a subscription service called Magic Button. It creates lots of backlinks to your site/s. All the responses are good but it costs $67 a month but I think the 1st trial month is $4.99.

    I've not tried it myself but would do if I could afford it.

    Let me know how you go if you try the submission blast.

    Don't waste your money. Even if this outfit could submit to half a million sites, only a few percent of them would qualify as "top" sites. The large majority will be spammy sites that allow auto-submission, which legitimate search engines devalued a few years ago.

    The second paragraph translates to "the more often you submit, the more money we make, and we think you're too stupid to know we're taking you for a ride."

    Delete it and don't waste any more brain cells on it.
