EMAIL MARKETING

Because i'm a beginner i have many questions, so do not mind me.
My today question is : I can send promo mails if i not have a registered trademark(business)?I can send it with my name and my address in the footer?Is legally?

It's required according to the spam law to have your address in the footer, so yeah that's not a problem. You just need to make sure you are allowed to send mails to these people ofcourse

What you would need though is a domain name, it's not advisable to use an email address as gmail or yahoo or whatever because it will end up in the spam box. So yeah getting a domain for 10 bucks is something you need to do.

You are allowed to send email as a public person but you are still not allowed to spam

No,i not want to spam .
Will use aweber or getresponse and will send mails just to my subscribers.
I want to release my products and send promo mails to the subscribers without have a registered business name at start.
