Get Response Alternatives Please

I use currently Get Response for my email marketing.

I loved everything about it until I discovered that the shortcodes stopped working. I put in my first every support tickets to discover them being closed when the issue wasn't resolved. One ticket with my video response was removed and then closed.

Also, one day I was told to change the code from [[firstname]] to [[name]], and then next day a new customer service rep tells me to change it back (even through it still doesn't work).

I can't work with them after this debacle, it shows no sign of being corrected and I don't have an infinite amount of time to waste chasing them.

I don't have the budget yet to move to infusionsoft or ontraport, but I do want to have autoresponders and use affiliate links etc.

What email services do you recommend? And what do you do when they're not compatible with other products?

Thanks

Sarah

In my opinion Aweber is best.

Thanks Hunnyyadav I was with initially with Aweber, but for easy segmenting I needed add-ons. I also had issued with blank emails being sent, so I moved to Get Response. I stuck with them through their DDOS attacks etc as I appreciated their openness and honesty, but I now think they're plagued by issues and prefer to blame the customer.
