Success can only happen when you shift away from the competitive mind to the creative mind. Copying another company's work will cause massive damage to your business. Guaranteed. It's coming.

I think a lot of the issues here are CRO related. first clicking on your site, I am not so clear as to what you are selling.. in fact not so sure you are selling anything. Have to work on the USP and a no questions asked direct Call to action. If I was the affiliate that sent you 170 leads and not a 1 converted.. well Id be pissed!

Speaking of which.. what is your conversion rate? I went to your cart? I think? clicked "Order" the selected number of choices ( all of them the same experience ) and got to the product page and selected on different sizes and shipping speed.. but nothing changed ( price ), and there is no way to "add to cart"

What sizes are your sizes? what are they made of? What is the turn around time? Can you do custom art instead of the "Social" wraps?

As a side note.. is it even technically legal to be selling these? do you have permission from each of these trademarked companies to be selling branded material like that? - something you REALLY need to look at.

You really really need to look at this with a customers mind and eye... you built the page so you understand it.. but there are many design and information flaws here. Before you go off and "Grow" this you need to ensure it WILL grow. And right now..im not seeing how that could happen.

I've been on and off of this website trying new things for many years. Finally put my hard hat on and started my 1st business and grew it slow and steady to close to $1M last year. Took about 8 years.

I've learned so much from my 1st business, but never scaled it FAST. I wanted to create my second business based off solving the issues I had in my 1st - scaling with limited resources and offering a simple product rather than a service - with limited Customer Service. I also wanted to create a business that is location independent.

So now, we just launched CrowdSigns - where we allow people to customize their own giant social media signs. Try it out: www.crowdsigns.com

I want to reach out to see if there are any ideas to scale this very quickly. I know my limits as a marketing/sales person, but I am an Operational Beast, so I turn to you guys. Here are some of the things I have in place right now.

    - Selling on Etsy, Bonanza
    - Pop Up to build our email list
    - Exit Pop Up to deter people from leaving without a good deal
    - Affiliate Program (something I always wanted to put in place, but never successful)
    * We installed a pop up during checkout that asks if customers want to join the Affiliate Program to earn $10/sign they sell through their link. So far no sales. Just 170 visitors to our site from one of our affiliates. I read somewhere here that Customers do not make the best affiliates, so should I remove it from the Checkout Process?

    - Waiting for Commission Junction to approve my account.
    - Advertisement on the back of the sign to show where guests can customize their own CrowdSign
    - I hired some people on Fiverr to post flyers all over their Campuses. Spent $100, no ROI so far.
    - Made the site super simple with great visuals. 3 Step process. People can customize and order on their phones & tablets.
    - Tried Facebook Ads - just got 2 orders off of it.

Any other thing I can do to scale this bad boy faster? This is a valuable product and an easy platform for cutomers. We've gotten accounts from the Chicago Bulls, lots of weddings and birthday parties, trade shows and shipped all the way to Hawaii in our first Month (March 2015).

I know there are brilliant people on this site and would love some help.

    Thanks in advance!

    Jovim

HI I noticed that there are no CrowdSigns logos on all of the products. How come?
I really think that THIS is the real advertisement! When people take a pic and share it on Facebook - That's where you should get traffic!

Personally I knew exactly what you were selling when i went on your site. The problem I found was why exactly would I want to buy one? I think you need examples of places and events they were used.

    What do they add?
What to events gain from having them?

There isn't any explanation as to why I need to have one.
