  Go into information marketing.
  
  What service can you provide people?
  
  Start a service based business.
  
  Find out what you have TODAY (skills/interests) and start from there.
  
  Validate your idea before you launch into a full blown business.
  
  Go to your social media profiles and announce that you're gonna sell something (whatever you decide) contact as many people as you can.
  
  If someone buys, then you have a valid business. If they don't, then try something else.
  
  Also, you don't have to build the whole product before you sell it. You can sell the idea of something.
  
  One thing that really helped me was helping as many people as I could for free for a while.
  
  Helping people means you get to listen to their pain.
  
  Pain is where the money is.
  
  Find out what people are in pain over, come up with a solution, charge for it so they actually use it, and you've got a business.

start taking more freelance web design jobs. learn outsourcing to scale up. turn it into course and sell digital course online or sell other people's web design course through affiliate marketing.

use facebook & seo as marketing channel to start with as they are easy and cheaper.

You can post on gig sites to do web designing since your signature says you do that. Also post on warrior for hire section that you can do web design as well. Post to as many gig and job sites that you can and also advertise them too to bring in more business.

If you are a web designer then choose that platform. There is a great carrier in web designing.If you want to work as a freelancer then use Upwork and Fiverr.
