How is Impact Radius?

Recently I just signed up with Impact Radius as I want to work as a referral and want to promote the products in my web-hosting blog. Do you have any idea about their service and payment?

    I was not able to sell a single product in these 5-6 months. I think impact radius is good for the blogs with huge traffic and targated niche. But for a blog which has around 300 visitors per days, Impact radius not a good idea.
