Any Experience Using TEMBrowser?

I came across something that I was wondering if anyone had any experience with. It's called TEMBrowser and apparently let's you streamline your traffic exchange and safelist mailing efforts.

From what I can gather (not much info available as a free member) you purchase credits and you spend them to make your efforts a lot easier through their own special browser.
They also say they currently support 657 sites, so I definitely would like to get a list of all those sites (I asked support and no response) and a quick summation of how this all works and if it is worth it.
