Video Marketing Biz in a Box - Anyone purchased?

Has anyone purchased and can they comment on the quality? I have e-mailed them about whether I receive the PSD files and I received some confusing response that didn't make sense and was also asking for my receipt even after I told them I was INTERESTED in buying.

Can't post the link here but the author is Dr. Amit Pareek and I have seen a few of his other products around in the past.

      I would like to know your Paypal id or the receipt of purchase too.

      I followed the link to the helpdesk from the product site and told them I was interested in purchasing. I'm sorry but it sounded like a very stupid response, there was no inconvenience and in no way did it answer my question. My follow up reply asking the same question and explaining I was not a customer has not been responded to...

      Sounds to me like the helpdesk is being outsourced to someone on Fiverr from another country.
