Trouble downloading FunnelKit. Anybody??

I just purchased FunnelKit plugin and logged into jvzoo to access my purchase. When I click on it, I'm taken to a thank you page. Anybody else recently purchase this plugin with the same problem? I've contacted customer support, no reply. :/

    I purchased FunnelKit about 2 weeks ago but did not have any issues. (If I remember correclty) you have to login to JVZoo, click on "My Purchases", then click "Access Your Purchase" and that takes you to a thank you page which sends you an email to setup an account on their membership site to get access to download the product. It has been working great for me.
