You Can Go with natural and organic traffic like Social Networking sites, SEO, Forums, Web2.0 etc. Buying traffic for adsense sites is not a good idea as you will risk your adsense account.

If your site is a garbage "made for adsense" site and it only exists to get clicks from people trying to leave your site, then sending paid traffic to it is a bad idea.

However, if your site provides real actual value to real human beings, you can run paid traffic to it as much as you want.

There are big traffic sites running adsense that spend gobs of money on paid traffic.

You should definitely do some serious SEO to gain traffic. Buying traffic will not help you at all with Adsense... you need real visitors, not fake traffic.

No such thing exists. It's against AdSense policy and sooner or later (probably sooner) you will be sussed out and banned.

There is a not-so-fine line between regular paid advertising that stirs legitimate visitor interest and that which seeks to automate, incentivise or force visitors to come to your site for the sole purpose of inflating ad impressions and clicks - both explicit violations of AdSense rules.

Google has some pretty effective systems in place to spot these sorts of things through an analysis of referral sources and visitor behaviour patterns, etc. Once they've pulled the plug - and they will, even for an "in spirit" breach of the rules, if not explicit - your pleading will fall on deaf ears.

    In summary: forget it.

Although you can get traffic through AdSense, it is also important to indulge into SEO activities as well. Create high authority backlinks for your website.

Buying traffic for adsense is generally seen as a taboo, but in reality Adsense tells you to get traffic from "good sources. You can advertise your adsense sites too provided the purpose is not to get adsense clicks, but something even bigger. For example, if you are selling a service and also have adsense ads on the site, you can advertise your site. It won't be looked at you are "buying" traffic - it's more like getting exposure. If the traffic is responsibly sourced, Adsense is fine with that.

But there's a fine line between what should and shouldn't be done. If you don't have the experience don't bother trying it and risking your account.

In general Adsense sites are not supposed to thrive on paid traffic.

If that were the case adwords advertisers could have done that themselves...don't you think?

Making money online is very often as difficult or easy as you want to make it. Provided you are willing to put in the necessary work, turning a profit from your very own website, should not prove to be all that difficult. The key ingredient to this potential success is the ability to generate enough web traffic for your website, and if you are careful about how you go about doing this, you should be making money in no time at all.

So, how do you go about earning money from a website? Well, there are two main ways to go about things. Firstly you can elect to create an online business which deals in selling a specific product or service to other users of the world wide web. Creating a retail based website like this can be very rewarding financially, as provided you remember to take your costs into account, turning a profit selling things online can be a relatively easy process.

For sure, you need to know the marketplace that you are entering into and you will also usually need to bring something new to the particular niche that you are looking to become an active part of, but so long as you take these things into account and put in the necessary work, there is nothing obvious to stop you.

The second way that you can make money from running your own website online is through the sale of advertising space on the site itself. This is potentially very profitable because not only can you create an online business solely dedicated to making money this way, for example, if you want to make some money from creating your own blog, but you can also use the sale of advertising space to supplement the income that you can achieve from running a retail based website too.

The most popular way of earning money via the sale of advertising space online is through the use of Google AdSense. What AdSense does is enable interested parties to place a bid for the right to place their advertisement directly onto your website. AdSense essentially auctions off your available ad space and rewards the highest placed bid with the right to fill that ad space on your site with their ad. This means you always gain the maximum possible income from each auction which is especially good when you consider the fact that AdSense is absolutely free.

If you are using Adwords to advertise your business, this is one of the best ways to go.

People who go to any website that has Adsense ads there with your possible link there, is tracked for their legitimacy.

Some people offered you to do SEO but there is no guarantee that you will get any results from that.

I would go with PAID ads over free ads.

Adsense revenue from Reddit traffic is very low. Reddit users/members detest ads so will have a much lower ctr from most other sources.

It's always been my belief that AdSense is best tailored for 100% organic SEO traffic. (And other naturally occurring traffic, like social traffic, viral traffic, article traffic, repeat visitor traffic, blog syndication traffic, whatever you want to call it).

Since I totally suck at generating SEO traffic, I've never really even bothered with AdSense.

So you might be wondering, "then why am I commenting on this topic", to which I would reply...

I can't think of any paid traffic method that would feasibly aid AdSense earnings.

So I'm trying in my best effort to help you.

    My advice?

Monetize AdSense with organic, natural traffic only.

Save the paid marketing campaigns for funnels, sales letters, etc.

(I'm sure there are gurus who can prove me wrong here, but I'm speaking from experience only).

    I wish you the best.
