Can anybody tell me if there's any free software available that compares 2 articles side by side?
There used to be a free version of dupefreepro but that is now one you have to pay for. I would rather avoid paying if I can.

    Trying to find out if someone's plagiarizing? Just google "software check plagiarism" - there's quite a few of them. Not sure how they work. Never bought articles so never needed one.

    Here is the best list that I found with a little bit of review. I have only used Viper and it has identified a few cases in the articles that I have compared so it seems to work. You can do side-by-side comparisons and/or run it against their database. There are some other options with a brief description at the link below.
