insert audio file question

OK, I've been thinking and just can't come up with an answer. I need to insert audio files for playback only (not for download). How do I do that in WP? Videos I have no problem with, but I've never inserted an audio file before. And there wouldn't be a problem if I wanted the file to be downloaded, but I don't... it's for playback only.

I'm sure it's easy, but just can't think... maybe it's just too early - haven't had my coffee yet, lol.

    Well, I've been searching online and found numerous audio players to add to WP. Should have searched there first! Been a long week...

    I realized you've just solved this Jenny - but I've just had a quick look and found you a list of great 'audio player' plugins for Wordpress.

    Number 4 on the list is the one I personally used to use :-)
