Super Private Domain Hosting/Traffic Ad Revenue

Two part question
One is how would you buy/register/etc. a website while remaining as private as possible, for say a controversial topic for a client? Such as politics, etc. What would be the best way to go about protecting someone's identity for whoever owns the site?

Also, what's the latest, best paying platforms for click based/traffic based ads. I'm thinking ab out getting into my own. I see a colleague that says Mint is better than google. Not really my forte but wondering what others recommend. And is it still a good thing to build up traffic first before putting the ads out or screw it and start off with them? And any good people/companies to follow or read, etc. to learn more is welcome. Thanks.

You can purchase WhoIsGuard (or similar) when you purchase the domain. If you purchase through NameCheap, you get your first year of WhoIsGuard for free. Using this option, all of the contact data is the domain registrar's and your contact email address is hidden, but still receives the emails.

I don't have an answer for the second question. Sorry.
